I was chief scientific officer of CogniK, a company I co-founded with Vincent Tauzia and Stéphane Reynaud in 2009. CogniK characterized, personalized, and recommended multimedia content. Our clients included MTV, Nickelodeon, France TV and Science et Vie Junior. In these contexts (music, education, & news), my research interests focussed on how users react to personalization results. Cognik closed its doors in 2023.
