On March 14, one of the doctoral student members of our project (Lisa Paillussière,Université Lumière Lyon 2) will participate to the Student’s “Nocturnes” at the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, an evening highlighting artistic mediation made for and by students.

This will offer an augmented mediation performance on the painting The Crucifixion by Simon Vouet (1636-1637). This will highlight two aspects of the increase in works: (i) its numerical increase, by taking advantage of artificial intelligence, and (ii) its historical, semiotic and comparative increase, through the theoretical challenge of hold together the iconography of the bird and that of Christ.
