On the occasion of the international conference “The genealogy of forms in the perspective of Deep Learning” which took place on November 7 and 8, 2019 at the University of Liège (Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, Salle de l’Horloge – Liège , Belgium), several members of our team offered their interventions.
On the program: Introduction by Maria Giulia Dondero (University of Liège), a talk by Pierluigi Basso (Université Lyon 2, ICAR) entitled “Exclusion systems and visual “synonymy” classes” and a talk by Serge Miguet (Université Lyon 2, LIRIS) entitled “Visual Recognition: from shape signatures to Deep Learning “.
